BIOGRAPHY

Richard has been practising since 1968 and deals in commercial, property, leases, strategic planning, wills, estates and estate disputes and business and personal succession planning areas.

Within the practice he works with small groups of clients involved in both local and overseas ventures and activities and his work is mainly project driven.

Of recent years his focus has been in business succession planning and property development.

He has worked extensively throughout Australia, Asia and the Pacific, New Zealand, Europe, UK, Canada and the US for both local, national and multinational corporations.

He has been involved in both small and large merger and acquisition arrangements for our client corporations and holds outside board positions as well as having family companies involved in agriculture, horticulture, energy investment and financial services.

Richard is married with four children, and seven grandchildren.

His outside interests are his family, his four children and his growing number of grandchildren and his family cattle properties in South Gippsland running both Hereford and Black Baldy cattle, and occasionally fishing when he has the time and naturally the Geelong Football Club.

Richard is also a member of the Athenaeum Club and the MCC.
