Heather Crichton Lawyer Commercial Law

Heather commenced her Legal Traineeship with Eales & Mackenzie in March 2009, following her completion of a Bachelor of Laws degree at Deakin University in Melbourne, for which she achieved Honours. She was admitted as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of Victoria in April 2010 and now works alongside Senior Partner, Richard Mackenzie, in the commercial division of the firm.

She comes to us from regional NSW, having grown up in Albury and relocated to the bright lights of Melbourne to pursue her degree. Throughout the past five years, Heather has worked in some of Melbourne’s premier bars and night clubs, and hopes her wide-ranging experiences from this can be coupled with her tertiary qualifications to give her an insightful perspective into peoples’ legal issues.

Outside work hours, Heather enjoys keeping fit, reading a good book, and spending time with friends, often while simultaneously shopping or enjoying a coffee or cocktail.
