Dick has been practicing since 1968 and deals in commercial, strategic planning and succession planning areas.

Within the practice he works with small groups of clients involved in both local and overseas ventures and activities and his work is mainly project driven.

Of recent years his focus has been in projects for Communications, Defence, Financial Services, Manufacturing, IT, Horticulture and the Wine Industry.

He has worked extensively throughout Australia, Asia and the Pacific, New Zealand, Europe, UK, Canada and the US for both local, national and multinational corporations.

He has been involved in both small and large merger and acquisition arrangements for our client corporations and holds outside Board positions including Chairman of John Holman & Co Pty Ltd, director and company secretary of ManTech Australia International Inc., Investment Backed Mortgages Ltd and other companies including family companies involved in horticulture, farming, investment and financial services.

Dick is married with four children and his outside interests include his farming with sheep, cattle and a vineyard in South Gippsland, fishing when he has the time and unfortunately the Geelong Football Club.

Dick is also a member of the Athenaeum Club and the MCC.
